Guest Ratings & Reviews
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a weird smell even on the ground floor, making me uncertain if it was bleach or something else. Despite that, the location was quite convenient between Ayer Keroh and Bandar Hilir, allowing easy access to various places. The dining options were basic, but the snacks like choco crunchy and fresh milk were a nice touch. The facilities were decent, but there were some service issues with unnecessary charges for late check-out and disturbances despite the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room amenities provided, including a hair dryer, iron board, mini fridge, and more. The price per night, which included breakfast for two, was very affordable. However, the assumption that we were unmarried guests and the uncomfortable monitoring of my eating habits stood out as negatives.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being well-equipped and in good condition, felt cramped and had a noticeable cigarette smoke odor. The service, although friendly and helpful, had moments where staff seemed intrusive. The location was convenient for my plans and provided easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with tasteless food and unprofessional staff. Overall, the hotel has its positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, though small, were nice, comfortable, and clean. Unfortunately, they weren't really soundproof. The service was a mix of positives and negatives, with a hint of rudeness during check-in. The location was convenient for exploring Melaka but lacked liveliness and suffered from drainage issues. Dining was hit or miss, with some dishes being tasteless and the kitchen staff lacking friendliness.
I stayed at the hotel and found the rooms to have touches of luxury typically seen in upscale hotels, such as a very comfy bed, extra pillows, a spacious desk with a comfortable chair, large windows, ample luggage space, a well-stocked mini bar, and an exceptionally nice, large bathroom with a temperature-controlled shower, bidet, beautiful sink, scale, hairdryer, and large towels. However, the room size was way too small for my liking.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The location was convenient, but the rooms were noisy and not very clean. The staff was friendly, but there were knowledge gaps in recommending local places to visit. Finding the hotel was easy, but returning late at night meant the area was crowded. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were average.
The hotel rooms were quite spacious and well-equipped with all the needed appliances, but they weren't as clean as expected. The interior was well-maintained, and two complimentary bottles of drinking water were provided in the fridge. The service was polite and helpful, although it could be improved with friendlier interactions. The location was convenient with eateries nearby, but it became quiet early in the evening. The dining options offered a decent variety of dishes, with dishes like fried rice and noodles being particularly tasty. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in some areas but fell short in others. The rooms were small but surprisingly nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff was a bit lacking in their service quality, although they did assist promptly when we needed to extend our stay. The location was convenient, being just a short drive away from all the major attractions. The dining experience was okay, with a decent selection of dishes but limited availability. Despite some flaws, the hotel's facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located between Ayer Keroh and Bandar Hilir, making it a central spot for exploring the area. The rooms are good but lack windows, booked via Agoda, yet cleanliness around the windows is an issue. The friendliness of the staff stands out, although some may lack knowledge of certain information. The snack options like choco crunchy and fresh milk are provided, but taste and service in the dining area need improvement. Overall, a decent option in a very near tourist area.
